THE PARADE PUBLIC TOILETS REFURBISHMENT

INVITATION TO TENDER

Cowes Town Council wish to invite suitably experienced building contractors wishing to tender for the refurbishment of The Parade Public Toilets, Cowes, Isle of Wight. Works include internal refurbishment, plumbing and electrical works and general maintenance.

The Contract will be issued under a JCT Minor Works Form of Contract.

• Insurance Details (Public, Employers, Contract Works)
• Health & Safety Policy
• Two client references

Tenders to be returned in plain securely sealed envelope bearing the words ‘Tender’ followed by ‘The Parade Public Toilets Refurbishment’, addressed to: Town Clerk, Cowes Town Council, Northwood House, Ward Avenue, Cowes, Isle of Wight PO31 8AZ.

The closing date for tender returns is 12 Noon on Monday 9 February 2026.
