1 min read

Ventnor community foodbank has been donated £700, thanks to Jacqui Devaney of The Ventnor Sloggers.

Jacqui ran 3,000 metres every day for 30 days to raise the money, and the Foodbank’s Tony McCarthy said: “We can’t thank Jacqui and the Sloggers enough. It was an incredible effort and means so much to us.

“We do not require a voucher or referral and are open every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10am to noon at Ventnor Baptist Church, Pier Street.

“If we can help, then ring us on 07862 247694 or send us a message on Facebook on our page, Ventnor-Community-Foodbank.”
