Members of Vectis 40s Vintage have presented a £500 donation to Mindset Bros, the Island organisation dedicated to supporting men through life’s challenges.

Mindset Bros, founded to help men build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing, offers workshops, mentoring and practical support for those navigating difficult periods in their lives. They provide a safe, positive space for men to talk openly and develop healthier mindsets. You can find details via iw.observer/mindsetbros.

Vectis 40s Vintage raised the £500 through a series of events held last year, with members embracing their shared love of 1940s fashion, music and culture to bring people together while supporting good causes.

Sylvia Williams said: “We were delighted to be able to give Mindset Bros £500 that the members from Vectis 40s Vintage managed to raise last year. We were all amazed at the support that Mindset Bros gives to men on the Island when they are facing challenges.”

Vectis 40s Vintage is a like minded group that welcomes anyone with an interest in the 1940s, whether it’s the music, fashion, history or social scene. Anyone wishing to get involved can contact Sylvia at lapwinggo@yahoo.co.uk.
