Harry Wilmott-Stanton

Tennis star, Harry Wilmott-Stanton, who grew up as a teenager in Bembridge, played at both Ryde Lawn and Ryde Mead Tennis Clubs, and was selected to represent the Island twice in Island Games, as well as training with Julian Godfrey and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight County Squad.

Following a coaching career, Harry moved to Perth in Australia, where he decided to enter competition matches, including International Tennis Federation (ITF) 30+ World Tour.

Harry is currently the Australian number 1 ranked player in the over-30s senior category for both singles and doubles. He is world number 5 and the highest ranked British player in the ITF 30+ Singles. Recent 2025 successes include Queensland Championships Finalist, Australian National Champion (Adelaide), Western Australian State Champion (Perth), 2024 NSW State Championships Finalist (Sydney) and Victoria Clay Court Championships Finalist (Melbourne).

Harry is currently training for the 2026 World Championships (30+) in Tokyo.
