It makes my blood boil when l see litter just thrown in the street, especially if it’s next to a litter bin.
When l lived in Birmingham years ago they had a ‘Mr Tidy’ campaign; it really worked well. We were so careful not to drop anything in the street even a nub end, and it’s stuck with me even now. What is wrong with people who think they can just drop chip wrappers in the street?
