English comedian and actor, Seann Walsh, has been performing comedy since his first show in 2006.
He won the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year award and Chortle Best Newcomer in 2009. He has been an ‘audience wrangler’ for QI and appeared on shows such as 8 out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week and Celebrity Juice. At the Edinburgh Fringe in 2012, Seann performed his own show Sean to be Wild and then toured the country with it.
In 2018, Seann was a contestant in the sixteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing with dance partner, Katya Jones; they were the fifth couple to be voted out.
Seann will be performing at Medina Theatre, Newport, with his new show Back from the Bed; some material is from last year, unused due to the pandemic and some will be brand new.
