Memorial garden opened in memory of Keziah Flux-Edmonds

The Bumble Bee Garden has been opened in memory of a six-year-old girl who lost her life at home in 2016.

Keziah Flux-Edmonds was unlawfully killed at her home in East Cowes in 2016.

Keziah’s mother, Nikki Flux-Edmonds, set up a charitable organisation in memory of her daughter, and opened the memorial garden and play area in East Cowes on Monday (October 1) at 11am.

Nikki thanked everyone for their help in opening the garden and spoke fondly of her “pretty, funny, friendly and outgoing” little girl.

The ceremony was well attended by Queensgate Primary School children and East Cowes Town Council Mayor, Councillor Peter Lloyd, David Randini and other local dignitaries.

The Keziah memorial garden at Beatrice Avenue, Hawthorn Meadows, is opposite Queensgate Primary School and features benches, trees and play equipment for children.
