Costel-Georgica Murgulet, aged 31, of Doctors Lane, Shorwell, Isle of Wight has been charged with sexual assault on a female, common assault and indecent exposure.
The charge comes after it was reported a man exposed himself outside of Fever Nightclub in Newport at 10.50pm on Friday, August 2 and later at 12.50am on Saturday, August 3 two 16-year-old girls reported they were approached and attacked by a man on Godric Road.
Murgulet appeared before Newport Magistrates court on August 5.
Officers investigating would urge anyone who was in the area of Godric Road on late Friday night or early Saturday morning to get in contact.
