A man’s body was found in a Newport property on Friday evening (November 16).
Police and ambulance crews entered a property off Scarrots Lane shortly before 4pm.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and his next of kin have been informed.
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
The discovery on Friday was the second of a similar nature with another body being found in Player Street, Ryde just an hour before.
