Major facelift for Lifeline offices

The Island Security Centre, home of Lifeline Alarms & Security Services recently underwent a major facelift. The building which overlooks a roundabout on the Riverway Industrial Estate in Newport has been home to the Lifeline team for over 20 years. Gone is the mid-1970s brick face and in comes a modern anthracite finish cladding.

As Lifeline looks forward to 2020 and celebrating its 30th Anniversary year, the changes work to further reflect the company’s continuing commitment to the Island and the environment. With materials sourced locally and Island tradesmen used to undertake and complete the facelift. The new cladding also improves the thermal properties of the building.

Lifeline’s building is fully protected with detection systems, monitored CCTV, and intruder and fire alarm systems. The newest addition to the building’s security suite is latest State of the Art biometric facial recognition and finger print access control technology.
