Liam’s music blog… Keep your EarsPeeled

By Chris Cornford Apr 19, 2021

A new Island collective, EarsPeeled, aims to boost the Island’s music and creative scene. Their aim is to offer musicians, artists and local businesses and creatives a platform to showcase their work.

Working closely with Strings Bar and Venue, EarsPeeled offers interviews and live performance reels for Island creatives to an on-line audience and give them exposure. Additionally, they also offer daytime sessions and workshops alongside gigs, anticipated to be going ahead as Covid restrictions are lifted.
EarsPeeled is already working with a number of Island creatives, all of which will be showcased on their social media platforms really soon. The genres of music they cover is very broad and highlights the eclectic range of musicians from across the Island.

Speaking on EarsPeeled, creator Jay Hitchcock said: “Adding to the Island’s creative scene, and taking nothing away from it, our main aim with EarsPeeled is to create something for everyone.
“The talent on this Island is incredible, and to be able to give people an opportunity to share their works on a new platform is exciting and needed.”
Be sure to follow them on all their socials and read the blog on their website when it goes live in a few weeks.
