IW Observer Easter Chick Hunt

By Press Release Mar 31, 2023

The Isle of Wight Observer team is working with Ryde businesses to give our loyal readers the chance to take part in an Easter Chick Hunt – and we’ve got four fantastic hampers full of chocolate and sweet treats to give away.

For the Easter weekend we’ll be hiding Easter chicks in shop windows and other locations in Ryde High Street, Union Street and along the sea-front – to be in with a chance of winning one you need to find at least ten chicks and let us know what colour they are.

Next week we’ll be printing a list of all the shops and locations, together with an entry form. Over the Easter weekend get out and about in Ryde to spot the Easter chicks; you can then either enter by post or complete the form on-line.

The competition is free to enter.

This is the first in a series of planned reader events taking place across the Island over the coming months. If you’re an Island business and would like to take part when we come to your town, then drop us a line at CommunityEvents@iwobserver.co.uk. There will be no charge for businesses to be involved.
