A scam using genuine-looking Health Lottery letters has targeted Island residents.
The Isle of Wight Council and Trading Standards have warned residents on Tuesday (October 16) of the scam letters.
The letters may be personally addressed and could either be masquerading as winning Health Lottery notices or from the Postcode Lottery.
Trading Standards want people to remember, if you haven’t bought a ticket, you can’t win.
