The RSPCA IW has launched two new live webcams, giving animal lovers a behind-the-scenes view of rabbits and cats currently in the charity’s care.
Officially going live this week, Bunny Box Office and Catflix allow supporters to tune in and watch the animals relax, play, and interact in their rescue environments. The initiative offers an accessible and uplifting way for the public to connect with the centre’s work, while seeing the animals enjoying day-to-day life.
The livestreams have been made possible through sponsorship and technical support, with the backing enabling the charity to install and operate the new camera systems.
Rebecca Busby, for RSPCA IW, said: “We’re incredibly excited to launch Bunny Box Office and Catflix. These livestreams give people a chance to see our animals enjoying enrichment, comfort, and care, while also helping us raise awareness of the work we do every day. We’re extremely grateful to PC Consultants and Camsecure for making this possible.”
The charity says the webcams are designed to help supporters feel closer to the rescue centre, and the animals in its care, while also encouraging adoption, donations, and continued community support for its work on the Island.
Both livestreams are now available to watch via iw.observer/rspca-live.
