Car flips over after crash in Totland

A car has flipped over onto its roof after a road traffic incident. 

The black hatchback car appears to have hit a wall before turning over onto its roof.

Freshwater Fire Station attended the scene with one appliance, using an EA grab pack to deal with a fuel leak.

One person was treated by Isle of Wight Ambulance Service.

Police attended the scene to make the area safe on Thursday evening (August 30).

A spokesman for Freshwater Fire Station said: “H79P1 mobilised to a one vehicle RTC in Totland earlier this evening, EA grab pack used to deal with fuel leak. One casualty checked by Isle of Wight Ambulance and 111 Service . Local police attended for scene safety.”
