Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place on Medina Way, Newport, at between 10.50am and 11am on Sunday, November 16.
Police received reports that a black Mercedes A-Class and a white Mazda MX-30 were involved in a collision. No injuries were reported.
As part of their investigation into the circumstances of this incident, a 30-year-old man from Newport has been arrested on suspicion of stalking involving fear of violence. He has been bailed with conditions until Tuesday, February 17 whilst enquiries continue.
