Walk the Wight last weekend saw huge numbers of people taking part in the biggest fund-raising event on the Island.
As walkers enjoyed the fresh air and the countryside, they were also doing their bit to make sure that Islanders facing the end of their lives get the loving care they need, both in the Mountbatten Hospice or at home.
