Brighstone WI held its annual meeting recently and presented a cheque for £800 to Isle of Wight Search & Rescue (WightSAR,).
President, Linda De Bues, presented the cheque to Jenny Johnston and Lynne Agrotis, of WightSAR, who said: “We are very pleased, and surprised, by the amount we have been given and we will spend it wisely.”
Birthday flowers were presented to Kate Williams who also received the cup for gaining most points in monthly competitions during 2024.
