Wet Leg unleash a second single

By Press Release Oct 5, 2021

June 2021 saw the arrival of brand new Isle of Wight band, Wet Leg, with their debut single Chaise Longue – since then the song has clocked up over three million streams, nearly one million video views.

Now they are ready to unleash their next single, Wet Dream. A two-and-a-half minute slice of exuberance that cements them as one of the most thrilling bands to emerge this year.

Singer Rhian Teasdale explains its origins: “It is a break-up song; it came about when one of my exes went through a stage of texting me after we’d broken up, telling me that he’d ‘had a dream about me’.”

Having already become one of the most talked-about bands at this summer’s Latitude, Green Man and Isle Of Wight Festivals, Wet Leg quickly sold out their own forthcoming headline shows in London, Glasgow and Manchester. They are now confirmed to play the Pitchfork Music Festival in Paris and Amsterdam’s London Calling. A full UK tour for 2022 is due to be announced soon.
