Trinity Theatre’s next production is ‘Natural Causes’ by Eric Chappell. Produced by Dinah Bowman, it comes to the Cowes stage on March 27, 28 and 29 – followed by shows on April 3, 4 and 5.
Natural causes is a black comedy, with twists and turns at every stage. Vincent, a professional suicide merchant from Exodus, a euthanasia group, is summoned to visit Walter Bryce. Vincent assumes the deadly poison is for him, but Walter is in love with his attractive secretary. Is his wife really necessary? Vincent senses something is very wrong. Who is the client, and why are the suicide notes unsigned? Comedy abounds as the audience finds out whether anyone actually drinks the potion.
Talented Cowes Amateur Operatic & Dramatic Society (CAODS) members bring life to this play obsessed with death.
