Police and ambulance services have been dealing with a road traffic collision on Forest Road in Newport.
The incident, involving a motorcycle and a Toyota, was reported to emergency services just before 12pm on Monday (July 23).
The crash occurred at the crossroads junction with Whitehouse Road and Betty Haunt Lane.
Two ambulances, a first responder, and a police vehicle attended the scene, a witness who did not wish to be named confirmed.
A 30-year-old male riding a motorcycle was taken to St Mary’s Hospital on blue lights. His injuries are thought to be serious but not life-threatening.
