This beautiful picture of the moon was taken by Michael Cooper of Whippingham. Michael, who is now retired, has been interested in photography for many years and has recently given up all his dslr equipment to experiment with the new mobile phone camera technology.
This monochrome conversion image was taken with a Samsung phone and hand held.
