Platform one students release second singles

1 min read

Nadia Robertson and Beth Brookfield have returned with their second singles. They have quickly become some of the Island’s fresh talent and will be ones to watch this year.
Nadia Roberson releases her new track, Night till Noon, keeping the same groovy feel from her previous track. The song is a perfect soundtrack to a spring evening in the sun as it’s a flare of contemporary R&B and pop.

Groovy guitar licks and lazy drums compliment the catchy chorus and the piano stabs, while Nadia’s melodies and harmonies give the song its rich tone.
Beth Brookfield returns with No Words to Describe, a pop sound that is reminiscent of an early Taylor Swift song. Featuring bouncy drums and guitar stabs, the catchy pop song is filled to the top with catchy melodies and riffs.

Both songs have featured on BBC Radio Solent, on the BBC Introducing Playlists, so be sure to keep an ear out for it in the future. Both songs are available on streaming services.
