There is just a week left to have your say on whether the Isle of Wight Council should introduce new traffic rules for Alverstone, Arreton, Lake, Newchurch, Sandown and Shanklin.
The proposals include new double yellow lines, no waiting zones at particular times and enforcing some of the current parking restrictions to make the roads safer and improve traffic flow.
Islanders can view and comment on the proposed changes at iow.life/trafficregulations. The consultation closes on December 29 and the council’s cabinet will make decisions on them next year.
