Head along to Ventnor Botanic Gardens from tomorrow (Oct 2), until Sunday, October 10, to view an exhibition featuring fantastic paintings from some fabulous artists.
The 37th Annual Exhibition of Landscape Paintings of the Isle of Wight is curated by world-renowned geologist, Professor Robin McInnes, himself an avid art collector and author of a number of finely illustrated books on landscape and coastal arts.
There will be contemporary and traditional works in a variety of styles and techniques on display, including original works in oil and watercolour. There will also be high quality prints on show.
This annual exhibition of the rich and varied landscape of the Island and our surrounding coastal waters is a much loved event for many Islanders and not to be missed. The event is open each day from 10am until 4pm except on October 10 when it closes at 3pm. Admission is free.
