More than 1,800 cars took part in the IW Takeover at the IW County Showground near Northwood, over the weekend.
The event combined a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with competitions and interactive displays which showcase everything from modified motors to performance builds.
Organiser Adam Stewart said: “It went particularly well. We sold 1,800 car tickets but probably had more involved because people turn up and you get a lot of locals coming along as well. We had lots happening throughout the weekend with live entertainment on site, so we were really pleased with the way everything went.”
Saturday night’s Takeover Party, hosted by Double Trouble Events, featured DJs, live performers, bars, food and a firework display.
