The Isle of Wight Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy are celebrating double success at the English Open, with Ami Wypior winning gold and Jamie Curry picking up silver in their classes.
Coach, Martin Dell, said: “A huge ‘well done’ to everyone training hard this week; it’s been amazing to see the progress from all our students, especially our newest beginners who are already showing real dedication. Keep it up — every roll, every rep, you’re getting better!”
Martin added: “Ami and Jamie smashed it at the English Open this weekend. We’re proud of you both and the example you set for the whole team.”
With the warm weather finally here, the academy is starting beach Jiu-Jitsu sessions.
