The Ryde 10-Mile Race saw 535 runners take part, with Chris Newnham, Josh Price, and Joe Wade leading the field home. Rachel Walsh, Lizzie May, and Catherine Seager led the women. There were first in categories for Henry Piper, Gary Marshall, Dan Furmidge, Michael Morris, Dan Latham, Paul Horler, Janet Townsend, Kirsty Whitton, Keith Marshall, Sarah Witt, Linda Tyler, Charles Fox, Gail Walters, Ella Makin, Lorraine Hedworth, Mandy Smitherman, and David Kimber.
Ryde Harriers won the men’s team event, with Chris Newnham, Joe Wade, and Gary Marshall. Liss runners won the women’s event.
The course took in Seaview, Nettlestone, Pondwell, and St Helens.
