Hovertravel brings forward later summer evening crossings for Easter demand

Hovertravel is bringing forward the start of its later evening summer crossings, in response to Easter demand.

The operator has announced that the additional services, originally due to begin on Monday, April 6, will now start on Saturday, March 28.

They include the 7.15pm departure from Ryde and the 7.30pm departure from Southsea, giving passengers more flexibility during the Easter holiday period.

Hovertravel said the decision had been made following strong forward bookings and customer feedback calling for later return options during one of the busiest travel periods of the spring.
