Isle Acess are delighted to announce that they have been awarded a grant of £18,703 from the Postcode Community Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
Jan Brookes, CEO of Isle Access, said: “This generous grant will give a great boost to our accessible cycling project.
“Some of the grant will be used to purchase a van that will enable us to take the bikes around the Island to allow more people to enjoy cycling.”
Isle Access is co-hosting an Accessible Activities event at West Wight Sports and Community Centre on March 14, when the adapted bikes will be available to try.
