Girlguides see exclusive Disney movie screening

Island Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers, and their leaders, enjoyed a trip to The Commodore Cinema, Ryde, at the weekend to see Disney’s latest film, ‘Wish’ at an exclusive Girlguiding screening.

More than 200 Girlguiding members were joined by Island High Sheriff, Dawn Haig-Thomas, and Girlguiding president, Gioia Minghella-Giddens.

Paige Steel, from Carisbrooke Guides, said: “I loved going to the cinema to see ‘Wish’ with my unit. It was so much fun!”

It is the seventh time that Girlguiding IW members have visited the Commodore for an exclusive viewing.
