Island dog owners can now give their beloved pets a good clean — for free — at Jollyes’ pet superstore in Newport.
The service, which normally costs £5.00, is available free of charge until Valentine’s Day, February 14. Jollyes’ ‘Wash & Go’ dog-wash stations provide an easy, stress-free way to clean mucky pups after muddy walks.
The self-service canine cleaning station, which has been trialled successfully in the Newport store, is designed to provide pet owners with a hassle-free experience. Each service lasts up to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the dog, allowing for a full wash and rinse in a large, easy-to-access bath.
Dog walkers have embraced the station as an alternative to post-walk chaos at home. Phil Turner-Naylor, from Jollyes, sexplained the appeal, saying, “As every dog owner knows, after a muddy walk you know cleaning your canine’s going to be a messy job. Our Wash & Go station will keep your home bathroom pristine, and it’s just as easy to use as a self-service car wash.”
Dog owners across the Island are encouraged to take advantage of the free service and experience the convenience of the Wash & Go facility. They have until next Friday to try it out and keep their four-legged friends shining clean — all while saving a few pounds.
