A lovely evening was spent at the Royal Yacht Squadron in Cowes for the annual ‘Summer Party’ event hosted by the Cowes RNLI Guild. Tickets were sold out for this popular end of summer event which proved to be an enjoyable occasion.

Not only was the setting and location to be admired, but guests were treated to a sumptuous buffet prepared by Murrays of Cowes. The band The Mix played and sang whilst party goers danced the evening away to a range of popular hits.

The RNLI Guild served the food and wine and ran the raffles.

The Guild have thanked Cowes businesses for donating the many raffle prizes. This year the main raffle raised £831, the Grand Draw raised £640 and the tombola stall raised £210. The total profits raised for the evening amounted to £4,851 which supports the service of the RNLI.
