Guests enjoyed cocktails, canapes and music at Northwood House recently, as 1840 Bridal marked its first anniversary, while sister company, Wed and Prosper, toasted seven successful years in business. The occasion also unveiled the new bridal shop at Northwood House, adding to the festive atmosphere.
At the VIP event attended by local businesses, guests were treated to an eclectic set by DJ Jakey Chan, while delectable canapés, crafted by Smoking Lobster tantalised taste buds. The Isle of Wight Mixologists kept spirits high with expertly-crafted drinks, featuring the distinct flavour of Pinkmead Estate Gin.
Carrie Almond, director of 1840, and Rachel Almond, head of creative and marketing, mingled with invitees, sharing their visions for the future. Natasha Cade, the shop manager, was also on hand, welcoming guests to the new bridal shop.
The celebrations continued with an after-party, at the Blind Tiger on Cowes Parade. This included local wedding suppliers and hospitality businesses, providing a fitting way to unwind and celebrate after a busy summer wedding season.
