Collette celebrates 25 years of baking

Starting shortly after they first opened their doors, Collette in Ryde, who will be familiar to many of Grace’s Bakery customers has just marked her 25th anniversary as a part of the family business.

Sarah Redrup said, on behalf of the family: “For us, the four kids to the owners, Collette has been around for most of our childhoods! We have memories of her sitting us down and showing us how to fold cake boxes after school while we waited for our Mum and Dad to finish work.
“We want to say a huge thank you to Collette for everything you have done for us over the past 25 years – it has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside you.”
