Prepare for an enchanting evening of musical theatre as Horse Box Theatre presents “Horse Box Sings… Broadway in the Barn” at Tapnell Farm on Friday, June 14.
Set to be an unforgettable evening of musical theatre magic, this toe-tapping showcase promises to deliver the best of Broadway, from beloved classics to hidden gems.
The concert features a line-up of some great local performers. West End leading lady, Leah Barbra West, who played opposite Jason Manford in Curtains, The Musical, will be joined by Jamie Jukes, who has performed on tour with Bat Out of Hell and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Ashleigh Mackness and Katy Allen are popular Island performers, and both current star in Spotlight’s ‘Beyond the West End’ at Shanklin Theatre. Alongside them are Fizz Lewis-Marlton, Rosie Sales and Bertie Everson, and the evening is hosted by Joe Plumb.
Featuring songs from shows including Hamilton, The Sound of Music, Kinky Boots, Beauty and the Beast, Phantom of the Opera, A Chorus Line, Wicked and Les Miserables, if you are a fan of musical theatre, then this is a night not to miss!
The event, which kicks off at 7.30pm with doors opening at 6.30pm, will comprise of two acts with a 20-minute interval. Tickets are now on sale for £16.50 each.
