AutoFest success leads to £6,000 charity gift

Club members with their big cheque

The Isle of Wight Region of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club has presented a cheque, for £6,000, to Hampshire & IW Air Ambulance. The donation follows the success of AutoFest IOW 2025, the club’s annual car show held in August at Sandown Airport.

The club chose the Air Ambulance as its charity partner, highlighting that it costs £17,750 a day to maintain the service. With no government funding, the charity relies entirely on public donations.

Over the past eight years, the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club has donated £35,381 to the Air Ambulance and says it will continue to support the service.

The club organises a family-friendly car show each year, with next year’s event due to take place on Sunday, August 9.
