The Island’s brand new celebration of food and drink

The Island’s newest festival, the Great Wight Bite is taking over Northwood House in Cowes tomorrow for a weekend of gastronomic indulgence and cracking entertainment.

The event will be jam packed full of delicious street food traders from across the Island and the south coast, alongside a unique pop up Smoking Lobster dining, lounge and oyster bar restaurant, as well as some brilliant shopping from the Island’s best artisan food, drink and craft producers. Sit back and watch the island’s very best talent on the Chef’s Demo Stage hosted by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Chris Bavin. No need to leave the pooch at home the Great Wight Bite is dog friendly too!

The Masterclass Kitchen is where to find local food and drink producers showing off their talents and the Little Chef’s Den is the place for budding cooks with a range of amazing classes to book curated by The Little Gloster. All this is served up with a huge side of celebrity and great live music including a spot of fun with the UK Queen tribute act on Saturday evening.
