A new commercial department, headed by commercial property expert and chartered surveyor, Jamie Whittle, has been announced by Spence Willard.
Jamie is a well-known figure within the commercial property market, having more than 15 years’ experience working in the commercial sector on the Island and the south coast.
He will be offering commercial agency, landlord and tenant advice and private valuations of both commercial and residential properties for accounting, inheritance tax and pension fund purposes, as well as expert witness reports for matrimonial and other legal disputes.
Jamie said: “I am extremely excited about the challenge ahead and look forward to re-enforcing existing client relationships, and forging new ones, as I build the commercial department at Spence Willard.”
