The new Friends of Freshwater Library 2023 calendar is now on sale.
The calendar has been put together with pictures from local professional and amateur photographers: Jason Swain Photography; Paul Blackley Photography; Roy Blaven; Pamela Parker; Roger Millward; Radek Gora; Ashley Cooper and Les Lockhart.
All the photos feature the West Wight, with the cover picture showing paddle-boarders at Freshwater Bay.
Other pictures include February: Storm Eunice at Totland Bay; March: St Mary’s Church, Brighstone; July: The Waverley off The Needles and August: Jimi Hendrix at Dimbola, Freshwater Bay.
The price of the calendar is £6 and it is being sold at the library and Elliot’s Newsagents in Freshwater, Orchard Brothers and The Cabin in Freshwater Bay, Totland Post Office, Brighstone Stores and Captain’s Cabin in Colwell Bay.
It can also be ordered on-line from fofl.co.uk for delivery by post. The on-line price is £8.50, including UK delivery.
It can also be sent anywhere overseas, price available on request.
All proceeds will be used to support the library.
