Binstead COB lost a 2-goal lead at the Molehill, and the match 2-4 to West Wight in the Gold Cup. First half strikes, from Darren Powell and Scott Saunders, with a Josh Daley second half hat-trick, and a goal from sub, James Turner, saw West Wight through to the second round.
In the Junior A Cup, Sandown & Lake lost 1-3 at home to Oakfield, with the visitors scoring through Nathan Roberts, Harry Youngson and Jos Townsend. Jim Morris scored early for Newchurch in their 2-0 away win at Ryde Saints, with Aaron Doncaster adding the second.
Seaview bounced back to beat Pan 2-1, with a first-half goal from player-of-the-match, Brandon Smith’s free-kick. Aaron Corney added the second. New signing, Toby Lavell, had a solid match. Tony Howard netted for Pan.
Shanklin Res lost 3-2 on penalties to High Park Res, after the match finished 0-0.

In Division One, a 40-yard ‘Beckhamesque’ shot, from prolific Josh Field, with 2 goals from player/manager, Peter Wilson, and a Sam Sayers shot saw Shanklin win 4-1 at home to Osborne Coburg. Mark Taylor’s well-timed run beat the offside trap, scoring a consolation goal, and Dean Stuber was booked for Shanklin.
Jared Wetherick (2) and Brandon Tuckey scored for Bembridge in the 3-3 draw at home to Brading, who replied through Dan Vale (2) and Aaron Bennett.
Cowes Sports Res lost 0-2 to joint-leaders, W&B, with goals from Sam Cant and Kade Woodford.
A goal in either half from Neo Lamb and Charlie Urry saw Ventnor win 2-0 away at Vectis and remain joint top.
Division Two leaders, High Park, won 3-1 at home to Niton, with goals from Brad Foster, Alex Harvey and Reece Galloway.
In Combination One, Brading Reserves led 3-0 after 30 minutes, in a first half that finished 4-4 away at East Cowes Sports. The Romans went on to win 5-4, with goals from Nick Gregory (2), Caleb Dyer, Elliot Apter, and an own goal securing the points.
Osborne Coburg Res lost 3-6 to Northwood Res.
Ventnor Res lost 0-15 to W&B Res, with 5 from Barney Snaith, a hat-trick from Josh Gwilliam, 2 from Lukes Lambert and [FIND OUT] Bennett, and Robert Taylor, with 1 from sub, Keiron Lewis.

Premier league Cowes won 3-2 away at Stoneham, after first-half goals from Jez Conway and Flynn Jackman. A second-half winner from Will Bridi in the final minutes of the match saw George Carter-Knight lose a tooth during a collision.
Division One Vics drew 0-0 at home to Whitchurch. First half goals from Ji Nash and Joe Butcher, added to by a Jordan Browne penalty, saw Newport win 3-1 away at Romsey.
Women
In the Invitation Cup, a strong Shanklin side won 19-0 away at AFC Varsity, with Gemma Woodford (6), Tilley Yardley and Dani Melninkaite (3), Thea Broadhead and Faith Wagstaff (2), and 1 apiece for Freya Henry, Holly Stephan and Primrose Willis.
Division Two Wight Eagles won 2-1 at home to Div 1 Rushmore Community, with goals from Georgia Dye and Kira Smith. Millie Tinsley also had an outstanding match.
