A phone mast in Newport isn’t working and is causing o2 customers endless problems when sending texts, making calls, and using data services.
O2 announced this morning that they were carrying out essential work to a mobile mast in Newport.
A spokesperson for o2 said: “We are carrying out some essential maintenance work in Newport. Whilst we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We’re working as fast as we can.”
It’s hoped everything should be back to normal by 4pm on Friday 1st March.
